FMCG products often perform better with complimentary products being offered as a combo deal by the brands. Veeba was facing challenges of the cost structures of a dynamic marketplace which led to a solution of bundling products for better economies. We created combo packs of 2, 3, 6, and more products to push impulsive buying by the consumer while managing better economics for the brand.

Patanjali, and Colgate both have their own scale and demands, they couldn’t pack such a combo in their line of manufacturing. Hence urban retail facilitated the same in no time across India.
Case Study – Marico & Kohinoor
Cross-promotion between two brands helps but also brings up challenges. For Marico & Kohinoor it was challenging to create combo packs at either their manufacturing or distributor level. Urban Retail came to the product with standardized and compliant packaging for the combo which was a heavy product of 5KG Rice & 5 Litre of Oil. We not just packed but also delivered the combo effectively.
